The hotel location was ideal for accessing shops and the beach. I liked that my room was very clean, spacious, and always maintained to a high standard. The staff were helpful and courteous. The indoor and outdoor pool was a nice treat.
I found hotel parking difficult because spaces were tight. Once parked, the area felt secure though.

the location was acceptable, placing me near the beachfront.
The room cleaning was not thorough. I found hair in the bathtub upon arrival. the television was also not a smart tv. I could not stream netflix on it. these issues impacted my overall experience negatively.

old bathroomunexplained deposit
The hotel's facilities seemed somewhat outdated. The bathroom looked old, and the hairdryer worked poorly. It took ages to dry my hair. the staff did not explain a random deposit upon arrival. This left me confused as to its purpose and conditions for return (I found that unprofessional).
